*Important info for 2020*
|Our season will look a little different from what many may be accustom to, however we are confident that our programming and efforts to return skaters to the rink safely will be a enjoyable experience. Programming will be limited in accordance with Skate Canada guidelines and the Township of Brock.Programs will be available for CanSkate Level 2 to the Star Skate Programs. Pre-CanSkate programs will not be available this year due to the Skate Canada “No-Touch Policy” currently in place . Please be sure your skater can fall down and get up, push with both feet and glide, or has passed stage 1 before registering. Skaters that do not meet the above requirements will not be permitted to stay in the program. The $44 Skate Canada fee is Non Refundable.
Skating will commence MONDAY OCTOBER 19th.
PRE-REGISTRATION – Please plan to register online as onsite registration will be limited due to COVID-19 Protocols. Once registered we will provide a skater/parent information package outlining protocols and guidelines for this season. Township of Brock Waiver Please note that each skater must also fill in a Covid-19 Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Covid-19 for the Township of Brock before utilizing the ice through any organization/association. You are required to submit the waiver 24 hours before your first scheduled ice time. This waiver only needs to be filled in once and will be kept on file. Online waiver can be found HERE
Daily COVID Screening BSC also requires a COVID-19 screening waiver to be filled out for every skater and spectator for EVERY SESSION. If you have not filled out your waiver, you will not be permitted to participate or enter the building. If you answer YES to any of the questions you will not be permitted to enter. The Beaverton Skating Club is sanctioned by Skate Canada and is non-profit organization operated by a volunteer Board of Directors.
The skating programs offered by the club, enables skaters to have fun and improve their skating skills. Our coaches are professionally certified by Skate Canada. Trained program assistants help the coaches in our CanSkate Program.
Beaverton Skating Club offers a great learn to skate program! Our professional coaches offer the best up to date training for all levels of skating!
